in view of the current H1N1 situation in Singapore, Victoria School will be taking the following precautionary measures.
1. All CCA activities / Remedial lessons are suspended from 22 June to 28 June. You will not go back to school for this week. All activities can only be carried out with permission from the Vice Principal through the CCA teacher.
2. If you have travelled to any H1N1 affected countries listed on the MOH website (http://www.moh.gov.sg/), you are to keep away from school at least 7 days upon your return. Stay at home and monitor your well being. Inform the Form Teacher should you develop symptoms like high fever.I will be calling you / your parents within these 2 days to check on your health and your travel history. Meanwhile I need all of you to fill up the travel declaration form and hand it up on Monday.
a) your travel history (be precise. example - Johore Bahru, Malaysia or Perth, Australia) b) the dates of travel (for those whose return date is not confirmed, provide a best date) - I need to know your return date to advise your parents if you need to stay away from school (i.e not report to school on 29 June if you have travelled to any affected countries at least 7 days upon your return date)Please cooperate to help ensure we have a H1N1 free term
